Information and Charges:
Control Products, Inc. can fulfill orders on-line for
shipment within the United States (including Alaska,
Hawaii and all of the U.S. territories and possessions).
Please

page for our email addresses, or call 800-852-8244 or
952-448-2217 to place your order if you are from or
are shipping to a location other than one of those mentioned
above. If you are shipping to Canada, we can process
your order over the phone or call us for a list of distributors
in Canada carrying the specific product you are looking
for.
Control
Products ships all orders via United Parcel Service
or US Postal Service, depending upon the ship to
location. During the “check-out” procedure,
you may choose one of two shipping options:

Shipping
and handling costs are based on your total order
amount, prior to adding taxes or shipping charges.
The following table shows approximate shipping and

via a method other than those offered, you must call

shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and any US Territory or
Possession is shipped via US Postal Service or UPS
Next Day Air only.
Shipments
within the State of Minnesota are charged a 6.50% sales
tax. Orders that have a bill to address within Minnesota,
but a ship to address out of Minnesota are not subject
to this tax.
Please
allow 24 to 36 hours for order processing. You will
receive an Order Confirmation via email indicating an
order number that you should reference when you initially
place your order, plus an Shipping Verification email
once your order is processed by Control Products, Inc.
All
orders are shipped the same day if received and processed
before 2pm, Central Time, Monday through Friday. All
other orders are generally shipped the next business
day if all items are in stock.

Satisfaction
Guarantee:
Control Products, Inc. wants you to be satisfied with
your purchase. Control Products offers all end-users
of our products a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If,
for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product,
return it to us within 30 days of the installation date
for a full refund . The product must be returned in
new condition, with all manuals, cords, and applicable
packaging or you will be subject to a 25% restocking
fee. See the Product
Returns section below for information on how to
return products to Control Products.

Product
Warranty:
Individual products have additional warranty statements
included in the package that relate directly to the
specific functions of that product. It is important
to read and understand the warranty statements included
with any products you purchase from Control Products,
Inc. All of our products do come with the following
general warranty:
One year limited warranty - Control Products, Inc. warrants
its Products to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for one year, and is not
responsible for consequential damages or installation
costs of any nature. In the event that the Product does
not conform to this Warranty at any time during the
period of one year from the original purchase date,
Warrantor will repair the defect and return it to you
at no charge. IMPORTANT: The Warranty is limited to
replacement of the Product ONLY. The Warranty shall
terminate and be of no further effect at the time the
Product is 1) damaged by extraneous causes such as fire,
water, lightning, power surge, etc., or not maintained
as reasonable or necessary; 2) modified; 3) improperly
installed; 4) repaired by someone other than the Warrantor;
5) used in a manner or purpose for which the Product
was not intended. Warrantor's obligation under this
warranty is limited to repair or replacement (at the
Warrantor's choice) of the Product only. This Warranty
does not cover payment or provide for reimbursement
of payment for incidental or consequential damages or
for any cost to install or remove the Product.

Returns:
Customers wishing to return a warranted product must
receive a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#).

#. Products under warranty should be shipped prepaid
to:

Control
Products, Inc. will, at its option, either repair or
replace warranted products free of charge and return
the repaired or replacement product at the lowest cost
shipping method, prepaid. Product returned for credit
is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Returns resulting
from errors by the seller will not be subject to this
charge. Returned product shall be received in condition
for resale as new equipment to qualify for credit. All
returned product must be shipped prepaid.
Out
of Warranty products needing repairs may be returned
for a minimum charge of $50.00 plus materials. NOTE:
Not all products are repairable. Before returning any
product for repair, you must secure an RGA number from
our Customer Service Department. See above for instructions
on securing an RGA #.
